iPhone/iPad WiFi Joining Process

Please use the below instructions to connect your personal iPhone/iPad to the Bromsgrove School BS-Secure network. This process is a on-time operation per device. Please note, by connecting to the BS-Secure network, you are giving Bromsgrove School permission to install a network certificate to your device. Your WiFi usage will be monitored to ensure everyone's safety and security. 

Apple iPhone / iPad.



Step 1: Open the WiFi settings on your device and connect to the network: BS-Onboard

Step 2: Open an internet browser (Safari) and visit the following website: http://wi.fi

Step 3: Please agree to the terms and conditions by clicking 'Start'

Step 4: Enter your school email and password and click 'Continue'

Step 5: You will be prompted to install a Bromsgrove School WiFi certificate on your device. Please click 'Allow'

Step 6: Once you have pressed allow, please navigate back to your settings app's homepage and click on the 'Profile Downloaded' icon.

Step 7: This will prompt you to complete the install of the WiFi certificate. Please click the 'Install' button.

Step 8: You will then be prompted to enter your mobile phone's pin. This is to verify you are approving the school WiFi certificate to be installed.

Step 9: Once you have entered your pin, please press 'Install' in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Step 10: The WiFi certificate has now been installed. You can press 'Done' in the top right hand corner of your screen.

Step 11: Please navigate back to your WiFi settings page. Under my networks you will see 'BS-Secure', simply tap on the network and the WiFi will connect.

If you are still facing issues connecting to the schools network. Please log a support ticket by one of the three below options:
1: Navigate to https://helpdesk.bromsgrove-school.co.uk/ to log a support request. Please sign into this webpage via 'Sign in with Azure' rather than the Username and Password option.
2: Email IT Support via helpdesk@bromsgrove-school.co.uk
3: Call IT Support on 01527 572120 ext 319.
