Printing from Personal Device
You must have your device connected to the School WiFi Network BS-Secure to be able to send documents to the printer. 

Apple Mac

Go to System Preferences > Printers and Scanners.

1. Click the + icon and select the printer: “Follow Me Printing (B&W)”
   
2. Repeat for: "Follow Me Printing (Colour)”
   
3. Check that the Use box is set to Secure Airprint.
4. Click Add and you're ready to print.
5. Find something to print and send to the Follow-Me Printer, the first time you send a document to the printer you will be asked to enter your credentials, this is your School username and password (just the username not full email address).
   
   
   
   

Tips:

• If you type the wrong username or password, your Mac won't show any warning message; your job just won't print.
• If you're not sure how to print, take a look at Print from your Mac.
• If your job doesn't print, check the Print Queue dialog. If your print job's there and has the message 'Held for authentication':
  
  1. Click the retry icon (the icon with the rounded arrow in it).
  2. Re-type your username and password.

Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)


1. Open the app you want to print from and tap the share icon:

2. Scroll down and tap the below icon or Print.

- No print option? Check the app's User Guide or Help - not all apps support printing.

3. Select a printer. (Follow Me Printing (B&W) or Follow Me Printing (Colour)

4. Select the number of copies and other options, like which pages you want to print.
5. Tap Print in the top-right corner.

6. When prompted, enter your School credentials, this is your School username and password (just the username not full email address).

Windows

1. Download the Mobility Print App from this link -

2. Run the downloaded file and proceed to the printer installation, select the following print queues during the installation wizard:

“Follow Me Printing (B&W)” and “Follow Me Printing (Colour)”

You will be asked to enter a username and password during the installation wizard, this is your School username and password (just the username not full email address).

3. Once the installation wizard has finished the follow me printers will be available to select to print.

Printing/collection of your documents

Collect your printout from the copier/printer. You can either log-in using your school username and password or the printing ID/PIN code assigned to you - If you don't know your printing PIN you can find it by visiting this link -
